Contract profile
Premium badge, hatchback running costs. The 30 TFSI returns close to 50mpg on a steady motorway run.
Road tax for the full contract term, the manufacturer warranty, and free delivery to a mainland UK address. Insurance, servicing and tyres are not included as standard, though a maintenance package can be added to your monthly rental on request.
Car leasing, or contract hire, is a long-term rental of a brand new car. You pay an initial rental followed by fixed monthly payments for an agreed term and annual mileage. At the end you simply hand the car back, with nothing left to pay as long as it is within the agreed mileage and in fair wear and tear condition.
Yes. Every lease we quote includes free delivery to your home or workplace anywhere in mainland Britain. Your delivery driver will walk you round the car and take you through the handover paperwork.
Leasing is a finance product, so every agreement is subject to a credit check by the funder. A poor credit history makes approval harder but not always impossible. A larger initial rental or a guarantor can help, and we will tell you honestly if leasing is unlikely to be the right route for you.
Your monthly rental covers use of the vehicle, UK road tax for the whole contract and the manufacturer warranty. Insurance, fuel or charging, servicing and tyres are not included unless you add a maintenance package, which we can quote alongside your lease.
Personal contract hire is quoted including VAT and is underwritten against you as an individual. Business contract hire is quoted excluding VAT and is underwritten against your company. A VAT-registered business can usually reclaim 50% of the VAT on a car rental, or 100% on a van.
You pay an excess mileage charge for every mile over the agreed allowance, at a pence-per-mile rate set out in your agreement. If you know you will do more miles it is almost always cheaper to build them into the contract at the start.
